Dog Licenses

The Town Clerk's office licenses all dogs over 3 months of age.  A current rabies vacination record and spay/neutering certificate is required prior to issuing the licenses.  The fee is $10.00 for all spayed/neutered dogs and $20.00 for non spayed/neutered dogs. 

To license a dog, please bring in a rabies certificate, a spayed/neutered certificate and the fee in cash or check. 

To license a dog by mail, please complete the dog license information or tear off document attached to the Annual Census Form.  Attach the rabies certificate, spayed/neutered certifcate, a check for the fee payable to the Town of Upton and a self address stamped envelope and mail to the address above.  The tag and certificates will be mailed out to owner.
