Youth Theater Class is offering:
THEATER
for ages 7-12
Instructor: Jen Davis-Nicoll
10 week session starts September 14th, 2010
Meets Tuesdays 4:30-6:00
Location: Memorial School
The play will be Tuesday, November 16th
Price: $70.00

Fall yoga with Lara

Memorial Elementary School Library
only $60 for a 10 week session
Wednesdays
September 1st-November 10th
(no class September 15th)
5:45-6:45 pm Restorative
or
7:00-8:00 pm Intermediate
Although both classes are all levels, the restorative class is ideal for beginners or those working with injuries or limitations, as it is a more gentle approach to yoga. The intermediate class is ideal for those looking to get some excercise out of the class, as it is a more athletic aprproachIn these unique classes we will move in flowing postures using the breath as guide. We will stretch, strengthen, and relax as we take part in these all level classes. These classes will help increase flexibility and tone muscles in a safe and effective way. Modifications will be provided for beginners, as well as ways to challenge postures for the more advanced students. You will feel energized and relaxed as you leave these great classes offered by Lara Wahl. Come take advantage of this unique opportunity to learn yoga right here in your community! .
Please bring a yoga mat, water, comfy clothes and a smile.
