The Upton Council on Aging (COA) wishes to recognize the contributions and dedication of our board members, our staff, volunteers, the Board of Selectmen, The Friends of Upton Elders and to the Upton community. Without their ongoing support and enthusiasm many of our programs, services, and activities would not have been or be possible.
