Mission

The Commissioners’ mission is to manage and control the trust funds consistent with the terms of the trusts and distribute the income in accordance with the terms of the respective trusts. 

Objective

The Commissioners’ objective shall be to create a portfolio with a prudent level of risk that will have a reasonable return on the investment.  The Commissioners shall diversify the trust funds across the asset allocation spectrum by prudently employing Modern Portfolio Theory concepts.
