The Board of Selectmen appointed a committee, Town Manager Assessment Committee, in order to study the need in Upton for a Town Manager for our municipal goverment.  The mission statement proposed four questions for the committee to answer within ninety days of its organization in a detailed report containing summaries of the reserarch, evaluation and recommendation of the Committee.
