Proposal by residents to amend the town’s Land Use Regulations. The proposed change would extend the no-hunting zone around dwellings from 500’ to 1,000’ on the town-owned parcels abutting the Glen Echo development. No changes are proposed for abutting state property or other parcels in the Town of Upton.
